We are an independent organization that provides assistance in obtaining U.S. ESTA travel documents. We are not affiliated with any government agency or entity.<\/p>\n

1.3. The processing of your personal data is subject to Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (27 April 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter – GDPR) and applicable national legislation.<\/p>\n

Personal data includes information about you (for example, name, surname, contact information, information related to the content to be included in the website’s application form, etc.) that we may process for our specific purposes set forth hereinafter in this Privacy Policy. 2.2.3. contact information (residential address, phone number, e-mail address, information about your parents – name and surname, information about an emergency contact person – name and surname, e-mail address, phone number);<\/p>\n

2.2.4. your employment data (employer information);<\/p>\n

2.2.5. your travel information (U.S. address, contact persons);<\/p>\n

2.2.6. special categories of personal data (answers to security questions regarding health conditions and criminal history (required solely for completing the ESTA application);<\/p>\n

2.2.7. information regarding the payment for the service (fact of payment, amount, date).<\/p>\n

3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data<\/h2>\n

3.1. Conclusion and Performance of a Contract:<\/strong> Preparing and submitting the ESTA application on your behalf (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) constitutes the legal basis for processing personal data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

3.1.1. provision of services through the website esta.global<\/a> and ensuring the use of the website for its intended purpose (for example, processing your ESTA application and communicating with you regarding your application).<\/p>\n

3.2. Compliance with a Legal Obligation to which We are Subject<\/strong> (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) constitutes the legal basis for processing personal data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

3.2.1. compliance with rules and requirements related to accounting, tax administration, and risk management;<\/p>\n

3.2.2. fulfillment of requests from state authorities \/ investigative bodies and other law enforcement agencies;<\/p>\n

3.2.3. compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing the provision of the service.<\/p>\n

3.3. Pursuing Our Legitimate Interests<\/strong> (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) constitutes the legal basis for processing personal data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

3.3.1. improving the website user experience (including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and service improvement, as well as informing about changes to the services provided on the website);<\/p>\n

Based on your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR), We process your answers to security questions regarding health conditions and criminal history, which are necessary to fulfill the requirements of the U.S. government for processing the ESTA application. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us as specified in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy, but withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Please be informed that without consent to the processing of the mentioned data, it is impossible to complete the execution of the ESTA application.<\/p>\n

3.5. If you have signed up for our ESTA validity monitoring service (free of charge), We will store information about your ESTA expiration date and contact you by e-mail to provide reminders and updates regarding the status and expiration of your travel authorization. Please note that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us as specified in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy, but withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.<\/p>\n

3.6. We will store personal data for as long as required by applicable laws or as necessary for the processing purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. Upon the expiration of the personal data retention period, personal data is deleted, archived, or destroyed in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. Special categories of data (answers to security questions regarding health conditions and criminal history) are permanently deleted within 30 days after the approval or rejection status of the ESTA application is confirmed. If data processing is based on consent, you have the option to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. The withdrawal takes effect from the moment it is expressed and has an effect on the future. It can be done by post or e-mail.<\/p>\n

4.2. We disclose personal data to the following categories of data recipients:<\/p>\n

5.1.2. request the correction, amendment, or supplementation of your personal data if it is incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient;<\/p>\n

5.1.3. request the erasure of your personal data (erasure is mainly possible if, for example, We no longer need your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy for which the data was collected or processed, if We process your personal data based on your consent and you have withdrawn the consent, if you have objected to the processing of personal data and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or if your data has been processed unlawfully).
